  • Regional Transportation Improvement Program preparation
  • STIP Coordination
  • Pavement Management Program Coordinator
  • Overall Work Program and Budget Management
  • Preparation of Request for Proposals, manage grant programs and consultant contracts
  • Attend public meetings, giving presentations and reports to member jurisdictions, committees, elected officials and Board members
  • Claims Processing and Management
  • Fiscal tracking, balancing and reconciling
  • Fiscal and Performance Audits
  • Knowledge of Administration of Requirements of the Transportation Development Act (TDA)
  • Agenda Packets and Information Development and Distribution
  • Receptionist / Administrative Office duties

  • Polling & information development related to transportation sales tax
