Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA) Plan
The RHNA Plan is prepared in response to statutory requirements, policy direction from the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD), and mandated deadlines for delivering housing need allocation numbers to local jurisdictions within Lake County. Although Lake APC does not typically deal with housing issues, it has been designated by HCD as the appropriate regional agency to coordinate the housing need allocation process.
